For Families

As well as our family friendly museum, Wirksworth Heritage Centre hosts a range of events for families and children in our purpose-built Studio room. From Stay and Play to themed arts & craft workshops and storytelling sessions – including many at the weekend – there’s lots to choose from.

We also run after-school activities and holiday events. Many are ‘drop-in’ but for some you may need to book as spaces are limited.
